José Sylvio Fiolo (born March 2, 1950) is a former international breaststroke swimmer from Brazil, who participated for his native country at three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1968. He is best known for claiming the gold medal in both individual breaststroke events at the 1967 Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Canada.
